Finally my company visa specialist email a image of
my I140 to my attorney and questioned them why PD is diffrent between what on I140 and what attorney said.

And I saw both my RD and PD field were filed with 2007 ND,
it's apparent my attorney was lying and didn't want to admit their mistake ,they should have verified my I140 at first place and correct error immediately.

Now myself and company specialist are pushing my attorney to correct the error with USCIS as soon as possible ,I hope the PD mistake will not jeporzide my chance of approval for this month.
