traditionally, you should be fine unless during the unemployment days, you got reference check. the chance is slim since your PD is in 2007.
Refer to my new post, according to my attorney, the new interpretion of 485 pending without H1 is deportable. this is a scary part though my attorney cannot think of an actual risk of being deported (other than drunk drive, criminal, etc)
