it is not that easy to 影响美国国籍

It take many steps to formally renouce US citizenship. And for a US born, even after formally renounced US citizenship, he/she can get it back easily in most cases. (unless in one of a few exceptions, such as utilize diplomatic immunity to evade US procecution, etc.)
