7-9 months? so long?!!! Is it the time to get the DOS waiver recommendation letter or you finally get the waiver from USICS? My OPT will expire in 6 months from now on. Do I have to get the final approval to apply for H1b or get DOS the recommendation letter? Please consult. Thanks a lot!!!
