Mr. Fan himself is O.K. comparing with other lawyers. However, his assistants are terrible. They never contact you (either email, or phone) when they receive notices from CIS. I almost missed my fingerprint notice. You need remind Mr Fan, or sign a separate contract with him that if his assistant did not do what they are normally expected, you can pay $500 less than usuall legal fees.
