find another similiar job as soon as possible. If USCIS sends a letter which needs your job verification, you must send it out in 3 months. that means, at that time, you must have one job. if they will not have your REF about your job verification and issue you GC directly, you are O.K even you do not have job.

However, who knows whether they need you REF?
