回复：假博士,birth certificate Qs again

For your questions:
1. I do not think the parents info is necessary.
2. Yes.
3. I posted some days ago is just same as it in my computer. If you means that what the document itself looks like, I am sorry that I can not show it. The list I posted in fact are exsactly same to the document list I submitted to INS.
4. I can not say it clearly, I can only say that I mysel, my wife, never submitted the birth certificate, I only submitted the birth certification of my chikd. Maybe INS has new polizy, if so, I do not know it.

I think in the instruction of I-485, you can find some info about required documents.
