My I-140 is approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days. I changed the job and work with another employer. Do I need to send a letter to USCIS right now or wait for RFE? My previous lawyer needs to charge $795 dollar to send a packet to USCIS. I am talking to the HR of my current employer. Can I do it myself?
