Strictly say you will get a gap, since you stop working on 6/13. In practice, when H-1 transfer is filed on 6/30 and you can provide paystub, it would be ok.

What I don't understand is that since you're certain the xfer will be filed on 6/30, why not push it to, say 6/10, so you will have no worry to bother you.
