What is the best to do?

这是我的情况，请大家商酌：
上个月被擂，和公司商量延期到这个月底是找 工 作有些眉目前但时间实在是不够。上次谈的时候公司已说明不愿用我的servance pack 延期, 但还想再争取一下

如果公司不肯延, 我是不是立即就得回国？还有没有找到工作 transfer H1 的机会？
一般 out of status 多长时间我还可以 transfer? 我可不可以找到工作先 transfer 了再说？如被 deny 可否回国再签证H1？

请各位大侠指点： what’s the best strategy here? 如果没找着工作就回去了肯定不可能在国内找到美国工作, 对国内找工作我又不熟悉，还有人际关系, 有时还觉得真不如死了算了, 但还有小孩子。在美国时间待长又没钱了。

我该怎么办？何去何从？
