我EB２ PERM在２００７ 年五月批准的.７月初递交的I－１４０。由于疏忽，把I－１４０ 类别写成EB３.现在I－１４０ pending. 我的问题是：
(１)我这个I－１４０（EB３）会被拒绝吗？
(2)Can I submit an I-140 supplement to modify my Category from EB3 to EB2?
