You should ask your own attorney!

If I were in your position, I would do the following:

1) send a written request to amend I-140 to the receipt address;

2) then, I would follow up on the amendment; if still not changed, I would move to the next step.

3) I would withdraw the I-140 and then file a new I-140 with all information accurately completed.
