What's the job title? Is it special handling teaching job? It would be very rare to require a PhD in English as the minimun requirement in any other type of job. Did they specify alternative field of study (of PhD) in PERM? Was there anything about media technology in the job ad?

15个学分是纯English课程, I hope by that you mean they are about English literature, English writing, etc.
