EAD Renewal was rejected because Check/Money order was not signe

我现在的EAD将在九月四号过期。我五月20号寄出了RENEW的申请。今天收到据信，因为我的支票没有签名。

现在我该怎么办？要重添什么表格么？还是把原来的申请Package加一张签名支票就可以了？

请小白兔，PJIANG老师指点。
