急问 关于resubmit

由于CHECK的问题, AP 全部申请资料遭退回, 我已经有了receipt #,
resubmit 时,是重新填I-131, 还是用退回来的旧表(旧表贴着有receipt #的label),困惑中...

退信中只写: You may resubmit your application with a new check.

请大家指教.Thanks in advance.
