I can open a company legally (to be the owner) as a H1 or opt/F1 holder, but I can not get the profit created from the company? I am quite confused by the self-employed. If I am the owner or one of owners of the company, I will have to do some ordinary jobs for running it, does that mean I am self-employed?
If we run the company by owner themselves, but not by hiring worker, does it mean self-employed?
