To my understanding, it's the problem of your lawyer.

Suppose that BS+5 = MS, BS+7 = BS + 5 +2 = MS +2 ,....

It doesnot matter if you post "BS+2yrs or MS" in your AD. It doesnot matter! "BS+2yrs" donot need to be consistent with the "MS" option. DOL only take whichever is lower as the job requirment (i.e. BS+2yr).

Consistency between BS+Nyr and MS+Myr is not required. Again, DOL consider only the lower.
