In your previous replied email,I learned that I can use H1B status to come back to U.S. from Canada since I entered U.S. used H1B visa.
Another question is: my extended H1B still in procss. I am not sure if I can get it before I go to Canada to landing. If in this case, I am going to use A.P. to re-enter U.S. So If I use A.P. to re-enter U.S., the H1B extension which is still in process will be invalid automatically? Since AP related with EAD, I am worried if I can keep both H1B and EAD at same time if I use AP come back U.S.
