Pjiang, Xiaobaitu Quick question about renewing AP and EAD

请教各位同学，我6/3号要回国参加朋友婚礼，今天律师告诉我，我的AP 和EAD需要renew, 要在6/13号file for renew that’s 120 days before the expiration date, which means I need to change my travel plane according to this.
如果是这样我就赶不上朋友的婚礼了，我目前定的是7月回美，我想问一下，我回来再延期是不是也可以，也是来得及的？

AP expiration – 10/11/08
EAD expiration – 9/17/08
