Try every possible solution.
1. Write letter to the director of INS.
2. Refile I485 and EAD.
3. Appeal to Washington (Anyone can file Appleal in 30 days).
4. Find the best attorney, fire your stupid one.

All those based on that your case is illegally denied.
That means you have strong reasons and support to convince the people to revoke their decision.
