Sure you can. You are safe but your wife could lose her status if you withdraw her application. I don't know your situation, you can choose to inform USCIS your divorce. Or maybe you want to improve your damaged relationship and not inform USCIS, she might still have chance to get the green card if INS doesn't check carefully.
