i was told that I have to file I-751 with a revision date of 2/0

Help! I filed I-751 3 weeks ago, but it was returned. It's said I have to submit the form I-751 with a revision Date of 2/05/07, ,but i just ccouldn't find that, does anyone knows? Thanks!
Now I only found I-751 Rev07/30/07.
