my daughter was trying to get her driver's license. went to DMV office on 2pm the other day. and came back disappointedly - the officer turned her down. I asked her to try it in 2 hours. so she went back to DMV again on 4pm and got to see another officer. you won't believe this. She got her license 2 minutes after.

See what I am saying. Don't just give thing up easily. It is all about right place, right person and right time. Try your best. You will succeed.
