U.S EXPORT COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT

In my hu*****and's offer letter package, there is a form called U.S.EXPORT COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT, one column needs to specify his status. It says "Are you US.Citizen, Permanent resident or refugee?" If not,please specify "US visa type, date of issue and expiration date." What we should fill here? We are 485 pending, and his former status is F1. Should we fill the form as Permanent resident or he should fill it as F1? Please help!!! Thanks.
