父母延期请教，多谢回答

I've read Pjiang's blog (I-539 portion), great material and very comprehensive. Couple of things I am not sure about:

1.) Do we need to submit 国内的房产证 with 英文公证?
2.) What about return flight ticket? Should we include the original return trip ticket, or pay airline to get a delayed return flight ticket to be included in the application package?


Appreciate if someone could help clarify

5. parent's passport copy
6. I-134, notarized
7. Bank Statement
8 Paystubs
9. Tax return

Also, my mom's I-94 expires on 04/29. Do I still have enough time to apply for the extension?

What would be a good reason in my case (I mean I applied so late)?
