H-1B holder's stimulus rebate

I have SSN but my hu*****and has ITIN. We filed 2007 jointly filing return. Are we eligible to receive the rebate check? Maybe $600 for my portion or maybe none at all. Can you please share any any experience ? Thanks a lot,
