Being a sponsor of K-1, your fiance may choose not to marry the beneficiary.
He is entitled to file I-130 for his spouse, regardless she is the one he sponsored to or not.
Assuming a situation you two get married, although there may be a challenge for your hu*****and to explain his actions in such short period, say at an interview with USCIS, your I-130 will not be unapprovable only because your hu*****and filed I-129F for others, whom he does not marry to later.
