请教各位老师H1 renew EAD 和 H4 第一次申请 EAD 的问题

先谢过了。
H1的NIW140已批，485pending。没有动用AP和EAD卡。renew EAD时765表的Manner of Last Entry 和 Current Immigration Status，应该怎么添啊。
H4最近动用AP回美一次。现在准备申请EAD（第一次）。同样的问题，765表的 Manner of Last Entry 和 Current Immigration Status，又应该怎么添啊。
