so sorry to say, no one can help you, in I539 form, they will ask "have you applied immigration visa?" something like that, you must say "yes", but for F2, you could NOT have the intention to permanently stay.
if you say"no", they would find out your record based on your I94, that would be immigration fraud, more serious.
