check 这里 to educate yourself first, either hire lawyer or file as Pro Se (DIY), you should know the basic of WOM before start.

Then provide the following information to see if you should try WOM or should just wait:
1. where you reside now: county/state
2. type of application, if naturalization, interview done or not. If I-485, PD current ? when file your I-485
3. what's your administrative remedy: such as contact USCIS, InfoPass, get help from senator/congress....
