学校比较容易定义

如果你的工资是从G found ( government founding )来的,或大部分是从G 来的，可认为是permanent position. 如果支持你position的是project money ( they call it "soft money")那多数都不能算是permanent.但CIS现在接受相对长的project (3 年以上？）可算是permanent 的解释。
