Who will receive "Welcome Notice?

I got 485 approved on 5/5/2008. On that day I got e-mail of "Welcome Notice" in the morning and got another e-mail of "Card Production Ordered" in the evening. I have an attorney for my case.
Who will receive the "Welcome Notice", my attorney or me?
