请问高人，Links for AOS to apply H1 COS.

1) I used AP to go back to china last year. I thought this won’t trigger AOS. Correct?
2) Even I am in AOS, do you know some links (some guideline) to support I am eligible to change of status for my H1. I am pregnant and could not go back to china to COS.
