NIW RFE in NSC, approved (DIY). 想申请EAD，挂在朋友的公司名下，然后自己开公司，可以吗？

file NIW and EB1 in Oct. 2006.
recieved RFE in Jan. 2008.
withdraw the EB1 and sent another 3 letters and citation. Approved in April.
