that is so ridiculous. in your RFE, did you emphasize your citations, publications after PD are the continuiation from your previous work? my lawyer even asked me to submit my papers, presentations invited by industry, and request from industry after PD!. He said this will show IO that my work is continuing to benefit .u.s.

my lawyer is experienced. this shows that some IO will accept documents after PD. not like YOUR io.
