unless you two in same state, it is hard to hire out-state for WOM for 2 reasons: 1. not all court allow out-state attorney to admit to the court 2. even yes, the traval fee will be very high if involved any hearing/conference.

you may find some good attorney from here 见这里, or file as Pro Se (without attorney represented as many other cases. the above site has lots of articles for that
