我得说，NC memo 管用。今天收到senator来信，说FBI

方面的反馈是我和我家LD的NC还在pending。实际上，我们的I-485已于4月8日批准。卡4月15日寄到。
FBI、USCIS许诺说
2008年5月，查清pending三年的案子。
2008年7月，查清pending二年的案子。
2009年2月，查清pending180天的案子。
2009年6月，查清98%30天的案子，和剩下2%90天的案子。
希望大家都早早拿到绿卡。
