NSC NIW RFE，今天approved

我真是够倒霉，06年11月递交140，不幸被分到NSC，苦苦等到08年2月，很多7月大方水递到TSC的都批了，我却等来个RFE。

本周一律师FEDEX寄出RFE回复，周二NSC收到，网上140状态LUD，说received and resumed。周三一个soft LUD，周五晚上，收到email，approved，上网一查，状态也成了approved。

个人背景不算强，感觉对于RFE要当成第一次提交140那样的态度来认真准备推荐信和citation，会有很大机会最后批准。
