You can also request your TB test result from the school you went before. You doctor should be able to accept that. at least my doctor did. She did not do anything other than copying my TB result from my school student health center and all other stuff from my old I693 to the new I693.

I submitted my RFE last September and have not heard from CIS. (NIW 09/05, I485 pending)
