急! 帮朋友填了份485, 被退回. 糗大了.

朋友因一胎化申请庇护绿卡, 3月批了, 其太太在美探亲(B-2),我帮他FILE 了485 到庇护绿卡的地址(TEXAS), 结果昨天收到退件. 再看I485 INSTRUCTION, 还是不得其解. 学艺不精. 斗胆问一下,我要FILE 到哪去?
