How long does it take to get the green card

It is so frustrated. My 485 was approved on Apr 11. Up to now I have not received anything. My lawyer received my welcome notice. I reveived welcome notice, approved notice and card ordered notice by email. But I did not received anything by mail. On Apr 23, I received another email that said documents mailed to me. I still did not receive this document. I really should have received it if it was normal. I once checked my address and seems it is correct. I keep calling USCIS and everytime this women answer the phone and let me wait 30 days to call back. I know there is something wrong, how can I know what is wrong?
