为什么我的Receipt Number is Invalid or can not be found?

我收到了I131， I765， I130， I485 的 收据
但我打电话， 上网输入我的Receipt Number， 却说是Receipt Number is invalid or can not be found. 有什么问题吗?

还有多久会收到打手印的通知? 多久可拿到回美证 and EAD?
