My I485 is employment(EB) based and my case has been recently transferred to the National Benefit Center. After researching the functions of NBC, I guess my case could be transfered to a local office for interview. My question is do I have to bring my passport to the interview? The reason I am asking is that my passport has been expired quite a few years ago and by some reason I could not get it renewed after trying my best effort. So I could not provide a valid passport at the interview. When I ask my attorney about this, I was told the passport is not required in the interview. I just want to double confirm this. Can I just use my driver's license for ID? Many thanks for your advice.
请问xiaobaitu, pjiang老师, 关于绿卡面试中护照可否不带.
