We have similar situation. About question 35, your H1B visa is not an immigrant visa, therefore, you may answer no. Regarding home address, it’s a confusing one, but I am going to use an address in Canada. Do you know whether I can make an appointment for a visa interview on August 16 in Vancouver? Advice and comments are welcomed. Good luck .
