在我办绿卡的过程中，公司雇用美国人会影响我吗？

是这样的，公司正在给我和甲办绿卡，我和甲在同一个组，相同职位。甲昨天辞职了。公司打算在内部提拔一个人（美国人）到我们组。我们绿卡广告在二月份打完了，但是perm到现在还没有file。请各位大虾帮忙指点一下！多谢多谢！_(^)
