Need help on NIW

Just received notice requesting for more evidence for my NIW case. Thought I've submitted everything I could think of, now have no idea what else I can give to them to approve why I can't apply for LC or why I'm exceptional, etc. Anyone has tips on how to reply to INS? Really appreciate your help.
