再请问皮匠和各路仙人 "Approval Notice"是什么东西？

本人全家二月份同时收到绿卡和Welcome Notice.

两天之后USCIS网上说Approval Notice sent ("mailed"). 但本人及家人从没有收到这个Approval Notice.

请问：
1）到底“Approval Notice“ 是个什么样的文件？跟”Welcome Notice“ 是同一个文件吗？还是另外不一样的东西？

非常感谢哪位给澄清一下。

2）如果Approval Notice 跟Welcome Notice 不一样，且没有收到的话，我是否可以请从新寄一份？
