pjiang，我的I-140 和485 是去年7月31号递的。指纹已做。然后今年一月从CA 转到 Taxas 中心。 每次我在网上查，都是：
The I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.
那么我的180天从哪天算？去年十月接到的receipt number.
