2nd RFE, Pjiang and Xiaobaitu, please help

My i-140 application has been pending since Oct. 2006. 1st RFE was received at the end of Jan. My lawyer submitted the material on April 3rd and my case was updated as received and the case was resumed. On April 11, the websites states that RFE was sent on April 11 and my lawyer received the same old notice as the 1st one. What should I do? Please help.
