Please look at your file date on the website!!!!

There are THREE versions of Travel permit documents posted on the same website (2003/2006/2008). That caused me 2 days to call the people/consulate to verify!! They really need a good programmer to clear the website contents.

I decided not to apply for my kid. It dose not worth it. If you have to travel 1000 mile and cost flight tickets/hotel just to get a travel permit, I suggest don't do it.

It is sad. Really sad.
